Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party.
We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to.
Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries.
Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service.
All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting.
WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OUR UPS DASHBORAD THROUGH OUR SHOPIFY APP. BUT WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM WE GOT IT FIXED AND ALL BACK RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

The app works great and is pretty easy to use! Also the 2 times i needed help, i got my issues resolved quick!

We are just starting to use the UPS Dashboard app with Shopify. The customer support is fast and efficient, and also very kind - we have been assisted by Ruben. All our initial doubts have been resolved. The system is very practical and it saves us a lot of time in creating shipping labels and also following up on incidences with the delivery.
App works great! Support is fast. I had a few suggestions for improvement, and they've added it to roadmap.

Had an issue with importing orders from Shopify, got a quick help from the UPS team and everything was running smoothly shortly after.
This app is good and the support is very helpful. Started off with several issues but these were resolved quickly by the support team. Once set up correctly, it is very quick to book shipments and saves me alot of time.
There are still some things that could be improved and introduced including:
-Removing orders from the 'orders' section when they have already been fulfilled in Shopify (e.g. when fulfilled by another shipping provider).
-Also it would be really helpful to have some sort of self service returns portal for customers to submit return requests and use the UPS shipping rates. This would really help and encourage me to use the integration more for returns (I currently use another 3rd party app for returns).
I had issue printing the ZPL format labels, I setup a call with the support team, they gave a solution and within 15 minutes I was able to print labels. Thank you.
I've not been using the app very long, but so far I've had a good experience with it and customer support was extremely helpful in resolving the one issue I had.
I had an issue as my orders had not been uploaded to UPS dashboard through our shopify app. Ruben from support team was amzing and solved the issue at no time.
