we've been trying to reach back to you 5 times but did not hear back from you. Please communicate with us so that we better understand your use case and if this can be handled with this App. Currently it seems like you're not producing any online orders but more through the Shopify POS in your brick&mortar store.
We're also trying to schedule an onboarding call with you to understand the scenario better and provide solutions.

As far as customer service goes, UPS has shown great effort in responding on time and dealing with the issue, along with following up to help & guide.
