UPS Shipping (Official)

I've had an excellent experience with the UPS Shipping (Official) app on our Shopify store. This application is a game changer - it's impressively user-friendly and far more intuitive than navigating the UPS website itself. Its standout feature is the effortless shipping process, made possible by directly pulling all necessary data from Shopify. This seamless integration has made our work remarkably efficient.

However, the absolute jewel in the crown is the phenomenal customer service provided by Ruben. His exceptional support has not only made the technical aspects of the app more accessible, but his consistently prompt responses, friendly demeanour, and willingness to go the extra mile have been invaluable.

The fact that this application is available for free only adds to its appeal. Without a doubt, it's the best solution we've found for generating shipping labels efficiently. Great app, easy to set up, good Shopify integration (vice versa) and creating shipping labels is a breeze. I use the app for a week now, the few questions that I had and asked through the support button, were answered very fast and adequate. The most 'difficult' thing to do was creating a UPS account which I didn't have yet .

I will use the app only for international shipping labels from The Netherlands to mainly the USA, Canada and Australia, and so far this works without flaws, and with good shipping rates (much better than the rates through for instance the Sendcloud app).

If I had one improvement wish (for now), it would be the possibility to add more products to the automatically created commercial invoice (I sometimes add a free product to a parcel), without having to adjust a Shopify order.

So far this has been great. App works great and the customer service by Ruben is particularly great. Extremely fast, clear and thorough, I've gotten an answer to all my questions – often within minutes!

Excellent customer support. They respond quickly and resolve your issues. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how the "UPS rules" work. I suggest updating the videos available on YouTube as they are outdated and adding more new tutorials. Thank you.

The application works perfectly. Highly reccomended!
Ruben of the Support Team also solved a problem I had by printing the labels with a thermal printer not directly supported by ups.

The support i have gotten from one of UPS worker named Ruben is one of the best and this kind of support we have never seen before. 5 of 5 top rating support! The app i wish need more features and easier workflow but after what i have gotten told, they are all coming in the next couple of weeks. Great app!
