The support I received has been good - we had many questions when changing from another Courier service as the setup is different.
Every question I asked got answered.
The app is quite good, it does have some limitations, but does what we currently need it to do.
It's ok but could and should be a lot better if it's the official UPS app.
It's not particularly user friendly, the text is pale grey against a white background which makes it difficult to use. It has limited features, for example you can't do a split shipment, and there's no address validation etc. We use it occasionally but it's not that good if you have a lot of orders to ship so we mostly use another third party shipping app linked to our UPS account. Hoping it improves in time
The UPS Shipping Dashboard plugin has been a reliable tool for managing my shipping needs. The dashboard is intuitive and provides all the essential features to streamline order fulfillment.

Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party.
We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to.
Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries.
Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service.
All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting.
For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels.
We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied.
The app is user-friendly, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and easily customizable to fit our needs. We requested an additional feature (package weight transfer), and it was implemented within 48 hours.
Whenever we needed assistance, Ruben responded immediately, guiding us step by step and ensuring our issue was resolved before letting go.

This app is good and the support is very helpful. Started off with several issues but these were resolved quickly by the support team. Once set up correctly, it is very quick to book shipments and saves me alot of time.
There are still some things that could be improved and introduced including:
-Removing orders from the 'orders' section when they have already been fulfilled in Shopify (e.g. when fulfilled by another shipping provider).
-Also it would be really helpful to have some sort of self service returns portal for customers to submit return requests and use the UPS shipping rates. This would really help and encourage me to use the integration more for returns (I currently use another 3rd party app for returns).
We are just starting to use the UPS Dashboard app with Shopify. The customer support is fast and efficient, and also very kind - we have been assisted by Ruben. All our initial doubts have been resolved. The system is very practical and it saves us a lot of time in creating shipping labels and also following up on incidences with the delivery.
App works great! Support is fast. I had a few suggestions for improvement, and they've added it to roadmap.

I want to use this app, but it ALWAYS incorrectly rates our shipping costs even as we've tried multiple times to synch it to our UPS account. We've become accustomed to this. However, the app often loses synchronization with Shopify and we are unable to fulfill orders received in time for EOD shipping. Kind of sucks when the UPS driver has to come back the next day because the app doesn't work.
