we have an issue with sync shopify orders to UPS ecommerce dashboard, it is a show stopper.
Can you anyone help with it, please contact us.
Be aware that this app is NOT UPS or an official UPS app, despite its name.
I wasted A LOT of time installing and setting it up, only to find out they can't provide labels for some UPS services, including Ground Saver and SurePost.
That's fine, but it needs to be stated in the description here or at the least on the app itself, as many businesses in the U.S. use these services.
