It's ok but could and should be a lot better if it's the official UPS app.
It's not particularly user friendly, the text is pale grey against a white background which makes it difficult to use. It has limited features, for example you can't do a split shipment, and there's no address validation etc. We use it occasionally but it's not that good if you have a lot of orders to ship so we mostly use ...

Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly.
