2 Issues - after creating a shipment and label - the error "Unable to auto fulfill the order order: Requested resource was not found - Not Found" which basically means tracking number is not being written back to Shopify. Need help fixing this.
2nd issue is - currently set up and having issue getting the app to recognize any printer - all is working except finding any "default printer" under the "shipment default" section. Have Label Format set to ZPL 4 x 6 and "default Printer" area is grayed out with no printers showing. So we have to use .pdf and download .pdf's for every single shipment, then open .pdf to finally print on our zebra printer. I would assume we should be able to select .zpl vs. .pdf and use our zebra printer immediately and not all these extra steps to print a label.
We will have our entire computer screen covered with .pdf's at the end of each day.
Can someone please reach out so we can get these resolved.
Originally tracking numbers were posting back to Shopify and not getting error "Unable to auto fulfill the order order: Requested resource was not found - Not Found" but uninstalled app and reinstalled to see if that would fix no printers being recognized under "shipment default" section.
That is when this new issue surfaced. So now 2 issues to resolve.
Ruben is amazing! He responded so quickly to all my questions and got me up and running in two days, with my very specific requirements!
This has honestly saved us so much time, I'd definitely recommend trying this app!
So far so good. I have only just started using the platform. Great customer service via the chat widget. Ruben answered all my questions in great timing. I look forward to using the dashboard.
