1. Support overlooked my original question but afterwards responded quickly, even during the weekend
2.The fixed the discount issue quickly
3. It is now possible to add additional discount codes on the cart page.
So the app is fit for purpose, it makes it possible to offer discounted bundles and to use other discount codes in conjunction.

very simple app. only criticism is there is not much design customisation, other than that it's great. allows you to duplicate.
