Awful support. Taking weeks to go live. The app is Hard to use. Not recommended. They need phone support. Design is awful.

I have used the app for almost two years. I ’m not very satisfied with some features, but it is good enough to use. However, recently it doesn't work, I tried to contact support for an ETA - " No ETA " ...
No choice, I have to uninstall it - look for others

Stay away from this app and app creator! Horrible app experience - I used both the Discounted Pricing and the Upsell Bundles apps - first of all neither app ever worked for my site. Then it actually broke our shopping cart, making us lose money, lose orders and lose customers. Then when I uninstalled the app, it did not remove the file that was breaking our shopping cart. And it kept re-creating over and over one of the files that kept breaking our shopping cart that was preventing customers from checking out. This happened again and again and again until I was able to find and remove every single reference and every single file related to both of the apps we had installed from Booster Apps. During this process I emailed their support to ask for help to remove all the files. But they totally ignored my request for help and have still never contacted me back. Stay far far away from this company's apps unless you like your shopping cart not working and you're okay with support ignoring you if you have a problem with their product.

Hopefully this way we get your attention.

I have tried several times contacting me via email and no one has been able to help. I like the app but come on you need to help your customers. I use Discounted Upsells and trying to add this into the features but there is conflict with the apps

Not satisfied! I canceled my free trail within 5 days and i still had to pay $19,99! That is not fair. I hope you guys can help me and pay me my money back please!

The app didn't do his job but is excelent to take my money for nothing.

Doesnt quite do what I want but will give it a go.

App is terrible. The app messed my store up. If you try and change the quantity on the store at checkout now the page spams i know for a fact this is from the app as stated my shopify. The app does not allow the customer to use paypal, you cannot allow the customer to use a discount in conjunction with the bundle with out throwing a ugly uneven discount button on the cart page? why cant you just change it on the checkout page? Beware

like all the app about bundle , the app doesn't work and of course you'll never know why, and of course the app don't let you put a real commentaires
