Cost us a $1,199 bike and their support just keeps denying it, proceed with extreme caution

I run an e-commerce store for 10 years and installed this app to boost post sales using rule based discounts. Instead, it cost us real money. On July 3, 2026 an order came through our store for a product worth $1,199 that checked out at $0.00 — full retail item, zero dollars collected, shipped and delivered before we caught it. We're out an entire bike. Hijacked by an Aimbot aimr.dev on their app.

When we opened a support ticket to get answers about how a $0 checkout was even possible with this app in the flow, we got nothing but denial. No ownership, no investigation, no willingness to look at what happened on their end. Ticket after ticket, the same brush-off.

As a merchant, here's my honest take: if an app is sitting in your checkout/upsell flow, it needs to be airtight, and support needs to take pricing and checkout issues seriously the moment they're raised. That was not my experience. In my opinion this is exactly the kind of thing that can be exploited by bad actors and bots, and I'm deeply concerned about how it was handled.

I can't recommend installing this. If you run a store where real inventory and margin are on the line, learn from what happened to us. As of July 28, 2026, this is still unresolved and support is still denying responsibility.

Excellent. Simple but does the job perfectly. Exactly what you need if you want to add other products in a simple way. Support is really good. Can schedule a zoom meeting within a few hours to walk through any issues

I have multiple add ons to products and wanted to add multiple options to them. Ranjika was a star!! Walked me through all the options I needed and was so polite and helpful!

I must say this is the best app for increasing the AOV. I really like the features - Product add on, in-cart upsell, and a lot more. Also this app give us control to customize the widget with our brand colors so it sync with the theme. Easy to understand and setup up campaign to grow the brand.

I connected the team - Kriti. she was really good at resolving any queries and explains them clearly, she showed me exactly to setup the feature I was looking for and now my store is my and running.

Great app for adding an in-cart upsell. We set it up to recommend our paper gift bag in the cart, and it works well on both the cart page and the cart drawer. The support was especially helpful — Gokulnath positioned the widget for us and even adjusted the title's font size and weight to match our store's design. Quick, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommended!

Editing is very limited, even after contacting support, who keeps pushing a higher plan.

We run Feroz, a Spanish barefoot footwear brand, and we use Selleasy for "frequently bought together" bundles and cart upsells. The app does what it promises, but what really sets it apart is the customer support team, and Suki in particular.

Every time we've reached out, Suki has replied quickly and actually listened. She takes the time to understand what we need, explains things clearly and doesn't just send us a help-centre link. She also follows up until the issue is fully resolved. She's patient and friendly, even when we come back with more questions.

This kind of care is rare in the Shopify app world. The app is easy to set up and works well with our theme, and it makes all the difference to know there's a responsive, helpful person on the other side. Thank you, Suki. Highly recommended.

My upsell widget stopped showing after I changed my theme's cart to a drawer. I messaged support and Kavya fixed it in under 15 minutes. No hassle at all, she just went in and sorted it. The app does exactly what we need and the support is super fast. Highly recommend!
