The app gives a lot of options and ways to create your upsell based on your preference. The assistance from customer service was fantastic with a zoom and screensharing. They changed the color and size of the button to match my store. The only downsize to the app is that you can't change the color or font without CSS and you can't change the position of the upsells or pop up on the page without CSS, which other apps do have. But they will change it for you if you tell them what you want and reach out and they have so many options and combinations for upsells, which is rare.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We would like to inform you that we are already working on a "do-it-yourself"(DIY) styling feature and this should roll out in the coming months. For now, since we have multiple widgets and every Shopify theme is unique, we are assisting our customers with styling customization using CSS. We will definitely update you when we release the DIY feature on our app.
Amazing app, and the customer support is even more amazing! The app is easy to set up, and are easy to translate into your own language. If you need help, they are one the best and fastest support on Shopify I've ever seen. 10/10!

Using the app for Frequently Bought Together widget, so I can only comment on that so far. Definitely impressed with customer service including immediate response via chat. Also had a zoom with Kavishan to change the location of the widget on the product page. Changed in 5 minutes and looks great!

I have not used the app yet; however, I just finished a Zoom meeting with the staff. They were very good at displaying the app. The support team is going to position the Add On area for me. I will come back and write a review after I use it.

Does exactly what it says, 4 different places to upsell, all can be toggled! Proactive support that will customize the look for you. I hope they will add another way to apply discounts in the future since often customers already have a discount.

With discounts there are different approaches - 1) a conservative approach of working with Shopify discount codes (does not allow stacking), or 2) a riskier approach of creating a draft order (can possibly conflict with other apps). We took the conservative approach for now, but we are constantly watching this space and will keep you updated on any improvements.
I use this app to cross-sell at InfiniteElgintensity.com. It's reliable and, unlike similar apps, hides out-of-stock variants of the cross-sell product.
