Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Die App hat viele Funktionen und ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen.
Ich bin im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden.

Der Support ist top, hat super schnell regiert und das technische Problem unkompliziert gelöst.

Deswegen gibt es einen Stern Abzug von der Bestnote. Da sich bei Änderungen in der App oder bei Shopify dies auffallen hätte sollen.

Ich bin allerdings zuversichtlich, dass hier künftig Prozesse geschaffen werden, sodass dies proaktiv überprüft wird.

We just started to use the App and for now services and usability is super! We are excited to see how it will perform.

Almost perfect. Great support and a very useful app, we only wish the product price would update dynamically to reflect the product add ons a user has selected. Unfortunately it's static.

Great and simple app to use with good options all-around. Great customer support and great pricing as well which is rare.

However, it could use recommending items based on tags+criteria instead of having to manually select them. If this option is ever added, this review will change to a 5.

Also some customization options that are built-in with preview would be nice, but this would just be a huge plus.

Easy to install and set up. Online chat help/customer service was brilliant when I had a question, and solved it in under 5mins for me. Only negative is I find it a bit busy on the product page.

Not directly trying to knock this service, but quick insights. I did a bunch of digging to compare services. I decided to install and try Selleasy first. It's great if you have VERY basic needs or a store with a small number of products. But if you want to set any conditions or rules - there's no option for that. For example, there's not even an option to set a post purchase upsell to not trigger if the item in the upsell was already purchased.

So from a simplicity and design standpoint, everything looks very good. But from the ability to customize the offers to your unique needs -- specifically post purchase upsells -- it's pretty lacking. I may come back to try to the other widgets, but I originally installed it specifically for the post purchase widgets.
