I had a couple set up/display issues, so I scheduled a call and Veena was very helpful and fixed it all perfectly within 20 minutes!

The Price is Right, Decent customization, Good Customer Service!
I really appreciate the Freemium model where you pay per conversion, that feels much safer as a small business than committing to an app with too many features I don't need that's way overpriced.
I also think they have quite a lot of good customization options, especially given that it's free (until it helps you sell something).
My one criticism is the backend is a little more text based than visual, although there is a preview of the result, but if you're more of a visual designer than a computer programmer, all the text options are a little intimidating. But it's pretty intuitive! Really, very few compaints.

Siddarth was an absolute legend. SO responsive. INSANELY professional. He hopped on a Google meets call with me in a HEARTBEAT and solved my problem EFFORTLESSLY.

HE stuck around with me for as long as I needed and was beyond responsive via email. I did ask him to do a complex task that required coding - this man was so experienced he fix it no problem like it was nothing.

I don't know where you guys found him but you are LUCKY to have one of the best livechat support agents of all time. Give him a raise.

I've installed an app on my website, and the installation was easy. The support team (Dhina & Febin) has been incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me in customizing it to fit perfectly with my website's theme. I'm now eagerly awaiting to see the results, but I'm hopeful that it will help improve them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dhinakar on a Zoom meeting to navigate the Selleasy platform, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dhinakar was incredibly patient and took the time to go through each possible combination for using the platform with me. His guidance was invaluable as I attempted to make a product add-on.

I'm not exactly sure when the error was fixed, but it appears I may have already had a sale with an add-on, which is fantastic news!
