Excellent app and very easy to instal and customize. The prices are great for starting business too. Suki from customer support was very helpful when I had some questions and the best part, all via zoom!

Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.

Had a problem where the widget stopped showing, but contacted support and Janani got it fixed quickly. App looks great, and great support.

Febin provided amazing assistance and sorted my issue on a quick zoom call.

Widgets are now setup and populating in my Shopify store.

Trissha was super helpful. She was able to customize my setup just as I wanted. In only a few minutes I was up and running.

I'm starting using these app since few weeks.
It works well and the customer care is super efficient.
