They make it easy to understand and setup and if you have any issues or want help adjusting things a certain way the customer service team is 1 of a kind! They were fast and easy to speak with through my requests, and made setting up my bundles a breeze.

Great app for all kinds for upsells. I like how they made it really basically free until you start getting orders. I am new to eCommerce world. I am scheduled to launch my website by the end of this week and I wanted to make sure, I have good offers to customers who visit my website. I like the ideas of Upsell &Cross Sell and so decided to try the app. At first, it seemed easy to set up, but as I was trying to figure out how to set up my products together, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed... and so I reached out for help and arranged a Zoom meeting that is TOTALLY FREE for 30 mins! Sudhan, not only showed me how to set up UpSell and CrossSell, but also configured things that I wasn't happy about, such as thumbnail width of add-on products; he was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly.
