Super user friendly app and the customer service is outstanding. I'm very new to Shopify and many of these things can be overwhelming. My rep, Kavishan helped me to navitage everything so seamlessly.
I don't know any other app that provides hand-holding services at no cost. Definitely recommend.

Spoke to Annie about a couple of things I didn't understand while setting up the app. She was great answered all my questions and gave a few suggestions of other apps on offer. Plus it was very quick to book a chat

Installed this for a client and the Upsell functionality ticks all the boxes, except that it does not display/show the total amount changing as accessories/add-on items are selected or deselected. Having the option to display a sum of the original product price and the add-on prices would make this app perfect.
The Bought Frequently Together functionality does show the total amount changing, but unfortunately all the add-ons are pre-selected.
So, neither functionality is suitable and sadly have to uninstall the app.
We apologize for any confusion in our prior discussions about the Frequently Bought Together widget. It should be feasible to incorporate a custom script from the backend to ensure that FBT items are unticked by default. We have also sent an email regarding this matter. We really hope to resolve this promptly.
