I had a zoom meeting with Kavishan and he had the best customer service! He was super attentive and helpful by instructing us what to do step by step. The zoom call also makes it very easy to ask questions about the app and highly recommend! Very satisfied with the service! :)

I am new to eCommerce world. I am scheduled to launch my website by the end of this week and I wanted to make sure, I have good offers to customers who visit my website. I like the ideas of Upsell &Cross Sell and so decided to try the app. At first, it seemed easy to set up, but as I was trying to figure out how to set up my products together, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed... and so I reached out for help and arranged a Zoom meeting that is TOTALLY FREE for 30 mins! Sudhan, not only showed me how to set up UpSell and CrossSell, but also configured things that I wasn't happy about, such as thumbnail width of add-on products; he was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly.

After searching and comparing many of the upsell apps out there. I chose to go with Upsell & Cross Sell Kit. This app is well design, and very easy to use. I had a little issue with the positioning of the add-ons but was able to resolve easily with the help of there CS on zoom. They were very accommodating, efficient and shared the codepen styling CSS codes for future needs.
