I have just installed the app and just wanted to share that the customer service is amazing. They helped me enable the app and set up some offers. Seems like a pretty good app that you can easily edit and change offers to suit business needs. Hope it leads to more sales.

I am incredibly pleased with LogBase's Upsell & Cross Sell app as well as their amazing service.
The app set up was incredibly easy and it works just as I needed it to, yet is certainly much more reasonably priced than many other cross-sell apps.. the tiered pricing system is great for a company such as mine that is starting small but growing.
I had an issue with one of the pop-ups not working with another app on our site and the LogBase help team got in touch with the developers of the other app and sorted it all out and ogt everything integrated within a few days... really beyond impressed with that service.
It's a definite 'highly recommended' from us!

The app is fantastic and easy to integrate. We took Siva's help to customise the look and feel of our offers, and he was super prompt and helpful. The app is easy to integrate and is really helpful for conversions.
