Worked with Rahul on ShipEasy. He was incredibly patient and diligent in deploying the app. Afterwards he took me through the Upsell app after I asked him to take me through any other features his company works with that can drive AOV. He was very gracious to take me through and explain how we can use this. It's a risk free app that I plan on building out next week. Great team.

I wanted to change the location on the product page but couldn't figure it out. Customer service helped me out immediately (on a saturday) and got it fixed straight away. Very happy with this app!

I have installed this app to help increase my orders value. It is so easy to set up bundles of frequently bought together products and add ons on product pages and cart page. I received a really helpful demo where they helped me to set the app up and went through a few example offer set ups with me.

Absolute junk app, doenst work for the get go. Installed and then click the FREE trial button to run it for the first time, and this button does nothing. Please don't waste your time. Ive wasted already too much on this, there are plenty of other similar apps.
We are sorry that you had an issue. We are checking what caused the issue and we will be back with a resolution soon.
Update (3hr since issue reported): We have identified the issue and the fix has been rolled out now.
Root cause of the issue was outside our app as a data format that Shopify sends changed overnight for a few stores. We have adjusted our app to handle this.
We request you to give us another chance. We have also emailed you regarding the same. Sorry again, and looking forward to serving you better.
Hello! I unstalled your app but I can still see the Selleasy widget appear on my theme... is there a way to remove that?

These guys are by far the most helpful upsell apps on the market! Their support is next to none and they are willing to help with minor customizations if it is within their ability. Really satisfied with the results and as a shopify development agency ourselves we would highly recommend their app to anyone looking for a branded, clean and functional upsell cross sell app for their store.
