I contacted support with an issue on the dashboard side. The response and solution was very quick. Plus, they gave me some suggestions and tweaked the app to better adapt it to my theme and other apps I have installed. Truly this is above and beyond, didn't realized I needed those changes. I am over the moon with this app - i used to use another upsell app which cost a fortune, and it didnt do half of what this does.
Reasonably easy to setup, i had a few questions, and Janani from their customer support helped me straight away. She was amazing!
