Wow what can I say about this app and the service. I was looking at another FBT app and also an upsell app. The price of those two was significant. When one of them provided a poor service it made me re-look and I came across Selleasy. Not only does it do both of those apps combined, it is at a tiny fraction of the cost (like <10%). Ans then I had q demo call with Suki who was knowledgeable and helpful. Once installed I had to go on chat and Suki was on hand to help me get everything set up. Top class!

It looks nice when installed, but setting it up for a lot of products is really difficult. You have to do it manually in their system. No bulk, no spreadsheets, no "related" or tags. So its one at a time. Click, scroll, select, click for hundreds of products. Then if you step away for a day or two and forget where you were, there is no way of seeing what is live, on what product at at glance. So if you want a sweeping "free this with purchase" fine, but if you need something for each product, this is not the app for you. It took me weeks of set up to realize that.
Thank you for your feedback! Our team is constantly adding features to satisfy the new requirements of our customers, and this helps as well. We do have the option of uploading offers via an Excel sheet, which can be done by our tech team from the backend. We just need the product handles, as we have shared the template sheet with you over email. We hope that this will be a viable solution for us to create offers in bulk for your store. We've been very happy with this app. Also, when we wanted a customization to the look of our Cart Add-On offer, Veena from their support group was excellent in assisting us.

Had an issue that I could not figure out. I contacted customer support and they fixed it in 2 minutes, now selleasy works great!

Used Upsell for a bit but wasn't convinced at first. Interface seemed complicated but I decided to reach out support. Got an EXCELLENT service, everything has been working smoothly since then and they've been further, helping me with a full and complete integration.
