He understood exactly what I was asking and clearly demonstrated for me how to set up the offer I wanted. He also went above and beyond and customized the colors of the pop up for me so it would match my store. It was a very efficient call and I was impressed with Kavishan and UPSell & Cross Sell - the customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend!
