Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

My upsell widget stopped showing after I changed my theme's cart to a drawer. I messaged support and Kavya fixed it in under 15 minutes. No hassle at all, she just went in and sorted it. The app does exactly what we need and the support is super fast. Highly recommend!

I worked with the team to set up the upsell to my store and had a great experience with the support team. They delivered what I needed for my store and gave me pointers to draw customers to my site. Fast and thorough response from Gokulnath today, helped me understand how the app works, greatly appreciated! Wonderful responsive support, however the app has limitations in terms of what products can be added to the bundle when trying to create a campaign at collection level. Can be customised very well at product level, but that is a lot of manual work, not sure I would want to go that route.

I just finally found this app after searching for months for one that would do everything I wanted it to do.
Created my first campaign and had a tiny issue with where it was placing on my cart page. Within just a few moments Jananee had it right where I wanted it and up and running perfectly.
Between features and customer service I highly suggest this app!

We use Selleasy for in-cart upsells on our Shopify store, and the app gives us exactly the type of upsell flow we needed. The support team was very helpful with setting it up inside the cart drawer and making small adjustments for our store design, translations, and mobile view.

Der Support ist top, hat super schnell regiert und das technische Problem unkompliziert gelöst.

Deswegen gibt es einen Stern Abzug von der Bestnote. Da sich bei Änderungen in der App oder bei Shopify dies auffallen hätte sollen.

Ich bin allerdings zuversichtlich, dass hier künftig Prozesse geschaffen werden, sodass dies proaktiv überprüft wird.
