Tuve un problema pues los productos de cross sales no salian en el carrito.

Contacte con el servicio al cliente y el maravillo Ranjika lo soluciono en menos de un minuto como por arte de magia.

El servicio al cliente son super rapidos y muy eficaces.

I had a problem because the cross-sell products weren’t appearing in the basket.

I contacted customer service and the wonderful Ranjika sorted it out in less than a minute, as if by magic.

The customer service team are super quick and very efficient.

I would like to share positive feedback about Kriti, the support agent who assisted me today. She patiently walked me through the app settings and adjustments, making sure every concern I had was addressed clearly. What stood out most was her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay on the call until everything was fully resolved.

Even though the call lasted around two hours, Kriti remained helpful, courteous, and committed to getting all of my requests completed right then and there. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

I would also like to recommend the Logbase app, Selleasy. It has been a very helpful app with useful upsell and cross-sell features, and the support experience made it even better. Their responsive and knowledgeable team gives confidence that help is available whenever needed.
