Great app, their support is amazing. Love that they are available during my working hours too. Makes it alot easier

Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.

This has helped us to increase our sales, especially on smaller, new products. The chat function is great and they are very responsive. They made quick changes upon our requests.

I've used this app across a few stores and its been great. User friendly, easy to set up, and Suriyaa from customer support have been super helpful. Highly recommended.
