Because custom engineering requires dedicated developer time, it is supported exclusively under our Pro plan. Always so easy to get a call booked in and the team are always keen to assist with setting up and teaching how to customize widgets.

I had the pleasure of Trissha's support today, helping me navigate how to position an upsell widget on their newest SellEasy version - which has loads of modern looking widgets for upsell campaigns. My upsell widget stopped showing after I changed my theme's cart to a drawer. I messaged support and Kavya fixed it in under 15 minutes. No hassle at all, she just went in and sorted it. The app does exactly what we need and the support is super fast. Highly recommend!
