Always so easy to get a call booked in and the team are always keen to assist with setting up and teaching how to customize widgets.

I had the pleasure of Trissha's support today, helping me navigate how to position an upsell widget on their newest SellEasy version - which has loads of modern looking widgets for upsell campaigns. I would like to share positive feedback about Kriti, the support agent who assisted me today. She patiently walked me through the app settings and adjustments, making sure every concern I had was addressed clearly. What stood out most was her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay on the call until everything was fully resolved.

Even though the call lasted around two hours, Kriti remained helpful, courteous, and committed to getting all of my requests completed right then and there. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

I would also like to recommend the Logbase app, Selleasy. It has been a very helpful app with useful upsell and cross-sell features, and the support experience made it even better. Their responsive and knowledgeable team gives confidence that help is available whenever needed.
