This app is seriously fabulous. The best I've seen for upsells! And the pricing could not be better.
Great app, easy to set up, I have a little bit of trouble as I needed it on a custom section of my page - customer support guided me through the process and I had it working as desired in 5 minutes. Great app and brilliant support !

The UFE Cross-Sell & Upsell Bundle app is great. The app integrates nicely with our store. Customer service always available and very helpful.

I've been using this app for a few months and it's packed with customisable features, the product is clearly improving all the time. I had to contact customer support to sort out a custom feature. I didn't know what to expect but Sarah was very helpful and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve and sent me over some CSS code. I should have asked sooner as I spent to long trying to figure it out myself. Thanks team! highly recommended and great product.

Customers take the discounted offer and remove the original triger product from cart, and you end up loosing money.
Customer support don't exist and they don't reply.

Regarding the lack of response, please note that our support hours are from 8 am to 11 pm (IST). We do our best to respond promptly during those hours, and we're actively working on extending our support coverage.
Regarding the issue you mentioned, it appears that the problem occurred because the option 'Remove discount if trigger product is removed' was disabled It is designed to prevent situations like the one you described, and we recommend keeping it enabled to ensure the discounts are applied correctly.
