I had an issue with an add-to-cart bug on my theme so I contacted their support. They helped me out all the way through. Their support team is incredible, don't believe me? Try it for yourself and don't be afraid to contact their support team

The customer service responded quickly. The app is easy to use and can be set up easily. It would be better if it could be set based on price.

I was going to give this app a 4 instead of a 5 because it offers limited options for the end user to customize products in a funnel. I was looking at the possibility of having the customer choose the products that can go into their funnel, e.g a gift pack without affecting the final cost of the funnel. However, I have decided to change my 4 starts into a 5 and the reason is simple. Sarah (the app`s Customer Support Advocate) gave me a remarkable customer service experience. She was prompt and friendly and took her time to review the products I`m working on. In my experience, customer service personnel of this calibre are rare to find. Truly grateful, thanks Sarah <3

Funnels work perfectly on my page. Haven’t launched it yet I’m sure they’ll increase my conversion rate. Customer service is more than excellent and willing to help. Highly recommend.
