I've been using this app for a few months and it's packed with customisable features, the product is clearly improving all the time. I had to contact customer support to sort out a custom feature. I didn't know what to expect but Sarah was very helpful and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve and sent me over some CSS code. I should have asked sooner as I spent to long trying to figure it out myself. Thanks team! highly recommended and great product.

Hallo, ich kann bestätigen, dass Sie die App am 6. Dezember deinstalliert haben und die letzte Gebühr vom 12. November bis 12. Dezember am 25. November in Rechnung gestellt wurde.
Wir haben dies gründlich untersucht, und bisher wurden keine weiteren Abrechnungsaktivitäten erfasst. Für vollständige Klarheit könnten Sie bitte die Rechnungsdetails unserem Support-Team mitteilen? Wenn versehentlich zusätzliche Beträge berechnet wurden, verpflichten wir uns, umgehend eine Rückerstattung vorzunehmen.
Wir haben auch festgestellt, dass Sie unsere App deinstalliert haben, und es tut uns aufrichtig leid, wenn Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind. Ihre Zufriedenheit hat für uns oberste Priorität. The app I was looking for :). Team went the extra mile to help me out instantly for a quick change.
We couldn't recommend the customer service of this app higher! Sarah is always so quick with helping out and we can reach out to her at literally every time of the week. The app also works really well even though we are still waiting on a few updates - but overall, we are very happy with it and defo recommend it :) It has scaled our revenue a lot!
