What I like best about this app the the multiple means to make an upsell, from embedded into product pages, to unintrusive pop-ups. It was simple to setup upsells and so many ways to customize to meet any store's needs. Seamlessly integrates into the store and because a natural look of the site. Very good job creating this application, highly recommend anyone to use this app!

UPDATE:
After weeks of communication, i still cant use the app since its buggy in so many ways. Its estonishing that they release the app before fixing all the bugs. Big time waste on my side. If everything is fixed its good but it seems that this still will take a while.

Sarah provided total guidance for setting up account and explain upsell n downsell n other terms soundly. now i have set up my first cross sell with the help of Sarah. She explained good. I'm a starter and was looking for a cheap app for upsells.
I test the UFE 2.0 - Upsell Funnel Engine and i must say it's perfect!
You can place your upsell products all over you want and can customize this with many options!
I had a little issue today and wrote with the support. The issue was sloved in just 10 min.
I'm very happy with this app.
It is one of the best upsell app with a great support and all that for free!
