I have been testing it for my shop, I liked it very much but found something that needed to be improved for my needs, I contacted support, Sarah was very fast to answer, and very patient, she understood my needs and talked with the team, she even got an ETA for the enhancement I need, and I haven't even signed up to the service. I will do it right now.
So far it's been great, but I've only just started using it. Customer service was excellent though and very responsive.
