The app works well, and when I have questions or problems, their team is very quick to provide a solution. I really recommend it. I don't give it 5 stars because I think we can always improve no matter what we do, but the system works very well.

The customer service has definitely improved since my last review. Functionality is great, though there is a steep learning curve and it will take a while to understand all the features. I still think its a bit expensive, but it has a few features no other Cross Sell app has.
Good experience so far! It works just as I need, lots of flexibility and support fixed recent issues I had quickly. It has a lot to offer and I feel I can maximize it even more as time goes on. Nice to have a free structure out of the gate though.
Great and fast support from the team for any issues. A perfect app for your upsells with integration via Shopify. Recommended!

Helping me a lot increase AOV. excellent customer support & much user friendly . would recommend it.
You can customize almost all settings and option. Only thing it misses is a gifting option that let's customers pick a little gift if they order above a certain amount. I do however recommend this app if you want a pleasant and easy upsell / cross sell app.
