The customer service has definitely improved since my last review. Functionality is great, though there is a steep learning curve and it will take a while to understand all the features. I still think its a bit expensive, but it has a few features no other Cross Sell app has.
Good experience so far! It works just as I need, lots of flexibility and support fixed recent issues I had quickly. It has a lot to offer and I feel I can maximize it even more as time goes on. Nice to have a free structure out of the gate though.
Great and fast support from the team for any issues. A perfect app for your upsells with integration via Shopify. Recommended!

I have been using this app for a while and I like the funnel that it can create, it would take some features to be streamlined to be more intuitive even for the less experienced. Works very well and especially in the free version. Only thing I would recommend not only for this bundle app company but for all of them is to have multiple versions of the layout. Other than that, the app does exactly what you would expect........BUNDLE!
