why the app didn't work these few days???
and can't contact the customer service, please repair it urgently!!

Actually, today, our CDN Service provider 'Cloudflare' was down.
So, most of the services including Shopify itself were down for certain regions.
This caused an unexpected error and that's why our app didn't work for you.
And our engineering team was able to manage this issue as soon as possible.

I used this app to create a bundle to promote two specific styles on our website. The app works great and allows me to create bundles based on collection conditions- making it much easier to set up and use. I had an issue with the integration of the app, and Sarah was extremely helpful with helping get to the bottom of this. It was fixed extremely quickly and I am really happy with the service I received from Sarah
Unfortunately the App charge a lot of money while is based on "orders" doesn't matter if they are generated from online store or PoS (while we have 80% orders by PoS and less than 100 orders from online) and force you to spend as you have hundreds of order.
So is good if you just sell online, bad if you have also PoS connected.
