The app works well, and when I have questions or problems, their team is very quick to provide a solution. I really recommend it. I don't give it 5 stars because I think we can always improve no matter what we do, but the system works very well.

I recommend this app for creating uppsells. It is a bit more complex compared to other apps, but the live chat feature was helpful.

Helping me a lot increase AOV. excellent customer support & much user friendly . would recommend it.
The app is easy to use and useful. The support team is awesome. The only problem that I had is you can't use 2 discounts at the same time with Shopify Special Discounts. The support team told this issue will be solved in version 3.0

We are testing UFE as a funnel tool in various applications. It works well and the customer support I received was phenomenal. What couldn't be answered straight away was sent through to developers who assisted almost instantly. Sarah is an asset, she helped me tremendously. Great work keep it up.

The customer service has definitely improved since my last review. Functionality is great, though there is a steep learning curve and it will take a while to understand all the features. I still think its a bit expensive, but it has a few features no other Cross Sell app has.
