This is a great App ive been using it for a few years now and any time i get stuck their help desk is on top of it. Today Archana from their help desk help me fix a logic problem I was having with the add to cart button and its position and right away she noticed that the delineator was wrong and it was a simple thing but i was stuck. great app and great service. also the analytics show that we get more engagement from the widgets and we even notice people who don't check out online come into the store and purchase the product.

Very nice app that's fairly easy to setup and use. The customer service chat was also very helpful when I had questions about where the widget was being placed. It helps increase my AOV and also is customizable so it fits within my brand.

If you're looking for an easy to use and effective cross sell & upsell bundle app for your website, UFE is for you. Not only do they have an easy to use platform, but also have great customer service. We haven't experience any issues since using the app and hope to continue that trend :D

Tried many different apps for add-on or up sell, this is the only one straight working out of box. And customer support is fast and knowledgeable !
We have been using this app since 2023 for one of our store upsells. It has been a great app and their support team has been very helpful and accommodating to our enquiries. We are using the same app for our Upsells with our new store. Highly recommended app for cross sells and upsells.
