Nunca usei o app e eles cobraram durante meses um valor absurdo, que só notei agora, ao esmiuçar a fatura. Eles cobram só por estar instalado, não consideram o uso dele, nem se foram eles ou não geraram a receita da loja. E mesmo após desinstalar seguem cobrando. Não acho também um local para pedir estorno.

Analisamos cuidadosamente o histórico da sua loja e verificamos que o nosso aplicativo esteve instalado e ativo desde 2022 até o dia 21 de agosto. Também verificamos os dados disponíveis no nosso painel de analytics e identificamos conversões e receita geradas por meio do aplicativo, incluindo atividade nos últimos 30 dias. É possível que essa seção específica e esses dados não tenham sido percebidos durante o uso do aplicativo.
Sobre a cobrança após a desinstalação, entendemos totalmente por que isso pode causar preocupação.
