the app had too many bugs/glitches for my site. the teams are currently working on fixing the issues. I still think this app has the best UI of the bundler apps I've tried.
The UFE app is offers a very good service and its easy to configure! I had a small conflict with my theme but they were fast to solve it.
This is Day 1 of using the App so can't really tell much but the App seems great. Also, customer service (Nikitha) has been very helpful with the set-up so kudos to her. One key selling point of the app is that I can get all the cross-sells (BOGOF, Bundles etc) and upsells in one app rather than having multiple apps which can slow down my store

So far so good! I just downloaded the app. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is that I just started using it. From what I can experience now, I can tell you that it has a clear interface and I love the look of it. It is so nice. Plus customer service chat is quick and responsive,

We are testing UFE as a funnel tool in various applications. It works well and the customer support I received was phenomenal. What couldn't be answered straight away was sent through to developers who assisted almost instantly. Sarah is an asset, she helped me tremendously. Great work keep it up.

Cada asistente me ha dado informaciones distintas, me han enviado tutoriales a seguir para después decirme que no era posible hacerlo... un desastre. No lo recomiendo
The issue emerged because custom-built pages are incompatible with UFE.

I installed this app to try. It didn't fit my needs so deleted it during the trial period. App leaves code you need to manually delete from your store. If you're just going to to try make sure you're comfortable with removing their leftover code manually.
Hi Omer Ozener, thank you for the review! But that's not true 🚫 (New merchants don't get confused). I can explain in detail, our app is one of the few apps that do this in a clean way!! 🧹
1. Most of the apps add some code to the theme for the proper working of the app. But most of the apps don't remove it because after uninstall apps lose access to the theme. 🥊
2. What UFE do differently is we optimized 🪄 our code in a way that it only loads the code if the app is installed. (For other apps, the theme injected code still loads and runs in merchants store)
# In order to check it yourself, install and uninstall UFE, then 🤿
Step 1: go to your store in Chrome browser and press "Ctrl + U" or "⌘ + U" to view the source code of the store
Step 2: Find for "ufe.helixo.co" keyword inside it, so you can check whether the code still adding on to the storefront or not. In our case, you can't find "ufe" related keywords because it's designed in a way to include only if the UFE is installed. But this is not the case for some other apps.
For the sake of transparency, after uninstall, we do send an email to the merchant informing about removing code snippets with a detailed article about it. We also recommend to contact us if the merchant needs help, we will do it for them as soon as possible. 🤝

Actually, today, our CDN Service provider 'Cloudflare' was down.
So, most of the services including Shopify itself were down for certain regions.
This caused an unexpected error and that's why our app didn't work for you.
And our engineering team was able to manage this issue as soon as possible.
