Great app and incredibly easy to use. It’s been the best solution we've found for creating different gift offers and promotions. The setup is simple, the features work exactly as expected, and it integrates seamlessly with our store.

Even though I’m not a Pro user, I can easily use Koala and set up advanced campaigns. It’s great that I don’t need to contact support or anyone else for this. Thank you

I was looking for an app that would let me target the free gift based on a customer tag.

1. I add a free gift via a pop-up in the cart if a customer did NOT have that tag.

2. I add a different gift if they do have that tag, and automatically place it in the cart, with a three second notification that it was added.

This was surprisingly hard to do with many apps and make it look good to site visitors. Koala has room to improve in terms of giving me flexibility to do better design, but on balance, I'm loving it so far. It gives me 90% of what I need.

Max in customer support was very helpful. I also get the feeling that they take seriously customer requests so I'm optimistic that we'll see some further improvements down the road
