Koala Free Gift BOGO Upsell

The app is great, the best part is it is free of cost along with this they give support let me say quick support for me. Need some more changes and improvements, suggest some to them. Hoping them to implement those soon.

A good app

The Koala Free Gift Buy X Get Y app works well for setting up promotional gifting campaigns, but it does have some limitations. One key constraint is that the app may stop offering gifts if too many active promotions are running simultaneously, which can be restrictive in certain scenarios. However, the support team is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist. Max, in particular, provides exceptional service and is always available to help resolve any issues that arise. Despite these limitations, the app remains a reliable tool for basic promotional strategies, especially with such attentive customer support.

Downloaded and tried 5 other apps before coming across Koala. It's the most streamlined and user-friendly app I've tried so far, however, I would like more shopper-friendly features, but Louie was a great help! Will be using, and hopefully, they can add those shopper-friendly features soon ;)

Great customer service.
The only thing whats missing is a nice progress bar.

I would give 5 stars, but the permanent spam I get via mail, contact formular and instagram messages are a bit too much.
