I'm sick of this company. I already pay $599 per year for Upsell Koala. The purpose of the app is to offer upsells to my customers. Now they want me to get a SEPARATE app for a SEPARATE subscription just to be able to do a BOGO upsell. That's ridiculous. I'm unsubscribing from both just because I don't like being taken advantage of.

Very misleading. Says 14 day trial, obv most do so that you can test, but it actually pretends to give you a 50% discount to the actual monthy price it says on Shopify and will charge right away. Was willing to test it out for a few days and then if it works to pay for the year but the fact it tried this bait and switch makes me cancel and go elsewhere.
The free gift was not applied to my orders correctly. As a result, I had to issue refunds to customers, and some did not complete their orders because they were being charged for the free gift. I received numerous complaints. I do not recommend using this app
