Great App, great support (although I wish their chat widget actually recorded previous chat threads).
I had issues with how my widget looked and they fixed it for me within days.

I'm sick of this company. I already pay $599 per year for Upsell Koala. The purpose of the app is to offer upsells to my customers. Now they want me to get a SEPARATE app for a SEPARATE subscription just to be able to do a BOGO upsell. That's ridiculous. I'm unsubscribing from both just because I don't like being taken advantage of.
