We love this app! ❤️ Now the new thank you page features give us the opportunity to increase our post-purchase rate even more because we can use it for all available payment methods. Even though the app is really easy to use the provided support is great!

The application is great to increase our turnover by 8.6% in just one month, the algorithm is good but we prefer to use manual offers.
overall we are super happy very easy to work very good custom support

Just hours after installing the app, we're seeing post-purchase upsells! I'm super excited to see how much better the app gets with more optimization.

Update: Vanga updated their pricing from free to a credit-and-percentage commission-based model. Early adopters received an extra one time credit, but no prior warning was given. We were not legacied into the original pricing structure. It feels a bit like a bait-and-switch to get early good reviews.

Second Update: The team at Vanga reached out and apologized for the sudden pricing structure change. They also offered a retroactive concession to make things right. I appreciate their proactive attitude in addressing our concerns and am updating my rating accordingly.

Great app so far. Was pretty straightforward to setup. Support was super fast on my questions as well. Looks like it will work perfectly for my business and can't wait to see the results.

I have been using this app for my shop for some time and have been seeing positive results but then I found a minor issue that was affecting performance. Reda reached out to me and not only did he resolve that minor issue, he went over the entire account with me.. He found a few things that I have never even thought to look for to help sales and even helped with other issues that were not directly related to them and actually fixed them too.. I am amazed and speechless to his kindness and professionalism, "above and beyond" that was where he started, he took it even farther than that!! Reda you are awesome and Vanga really made my site better in more than just upselling !! thank you !!

This is the best X-Selling App I have come across. Very easy to use and setup and integrates seamlessly in our shop. I find the shopping cart is much better than the standard shopify shopping cart. Service is also top notch. We had a few adaptions to be made concerning matching items to products placed in the shopping cart. The issues were resolved very quickly and professionally.

I find the fee structure especially interesting. Basically you are paying for performance of the app. If the X-Sell functionality doesn`t manage to increase incremental value then the developers of Vanga don`t make any profit. Just a small monthyl subscription fee. So you are basically not overpaying for this app. A bold revenue model. And revenue participation is capped on their side.

And last but not least. They didn`t even ask me for a review, although they spent alot of time answering my questions, checking setup in my shop and tweaking small issues. I have a lot of sympathy for that!

We were using a different upsell app before this, but we converted over right away when we started using Vanga. The customer service is fantastic – they're quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly and helpful. And what sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile. When we needed a custom feature, they delivered. Definitely recommend giving Vanga a try!

I have now edited my review into a 5-star review because Vanga was able to quickly resolve the issue I wrote about in my original 3-star review below. I have now re-enabled the application and it has continued to bring in results.

Thanks to their great customer service and technical talent, I can continue to say that this is the best Upsell/Post-Purchase application we've ever used.

The best post-purchase upsell/Thank You page offers application we've come across... until we noticed that the Thank You page automatic offers show customers the SAME product that they JUST purchased... for a discounted price.

Customers then CANCEL their original order and purchase the same product for a discounted price using Vanga's Thank You page automatic offers. This is a fundamental issue with the logic of the Thank You page offers which cuts into product margins and adds extra admin for stores, unnecessarily.

Vanga's competitors already automatically remove showing the same product in their Thank You page offers.

We spoke to Vanga's customer service about this issue. Unfortunately, there is no solution for this on the horizon at the moment, and we have been advised to:

1) Create Manual offers PER product to avoid this problem, which is not practical for us at scale.
2) Remove automatic discounts from the Thank You pages (which we feel defeats the point).
3) Exclude products from being upsold (which would mean we would have to exclude every product in our store?).

We have had a very fantastic experience with this application until running into this fundamental problem, so we advise both Vanga and multi-product stores to consider this feedback strongly, to avoid customers canceling orders upon seeing the same discounted product on the Thank You page offers as the ones they've already ordered.

Hoping for a resolution soon! Will be disabling this application until then.
