Good support from company. Pricing model is a % of sales instead of the monthly fee. Staff are helpful. 10/10.

However, can't say the same for Shopify platform itself. Has gone down- can't recommend at all. Overpriced and poor value for money. Very poor support as well.
I can't believe how awesome the support is with vangaAI ! Their response time is lightning-fast, and they go above and beyond to customize whatever you need. What's more, their features are unmatched by any other app I've used. And don't even get me started on how clean and organized the items are in the add to cart section! J'utilise l'application Vanga AI Post Purchase Upsell sur Shopify depuis quelques mois maintenant, et je suis très impressionné par ses fonctionnalités et son impact sur mes ventes. Cette application est incroyablement simple à utiliser, avec une interface conviviale qui m'a permis de créer et de gérer mes upsells post-achat en quelques clics seulement !
Pour que votre panier moyen soit plus élever l'application est indispensable et au moindre soucis le service client est ultra rapide est très efficace. Je vous conseil l'application les yeux fermer.
