I run a sock brand on Shopify and was looking for an upsell/cross-sell tool that wouldn't lock us into rigid templates. Upsellity-AI delivered on that. The interface is straightforward enough that we got it running quickly, but the real value is the depth of control — you can fully shape the PDP and cart-page experience, which is where most apps in this space fall short. Personalization works at the individual user level, so the nudges feel relevant rather than generic. For merchants who want to actually own the upsell journey rather than rent a one-size template, this is the answer, we saw an early uplift of 5%-8% in AOV.
