Jaap and the team are very supportive. They've already fixed my issue for now. However, the script by coding should be considered to change to a better set-up version so that we no need to use code anymore on both targeting product IDs or offer IDs.

We have been using the checkout upsell for a few days and thus far it's been a great experience. The set-up was easy, it's very flexible and it has tons of great features. so far i haven't come across a functionality i would want that it doesn't provide. Great, responsive team -- always willing to help troubleshoot and accept feedback! The app works well and in AB testing outperformed checkouts that did not have an upsell shown.

Jaap was always helpful and proactive helping us to set up the app across all our domains as our code base isn't easy to adapt to 3rd party apps. However, I believe out of the box UpsellPlus will meet many customers needs.
