Also, the app is very easy to use and our issue was due to us not making sure that the item we had to upsell was in stock. All in all, great app and fantastic support.

great experience so far! tried a few apps - aovboost and orderbump but they both were a pain to set up, and support for AOVboost was horrible. this is the best in-checkout upsell app I have found so far!
