Jaap was always helpful and proactive helping us to set up the app across all our domains as our code base isn't easy to adapt to 3rd party apps. However, I believe out of the box UpsellPlus will meet many customers needs.
Great app for checkout and post purchase upsells. Works very well and doesn't bloat the storefront.
We were able to generate thousands of dollars of extra revenue thanks to this app.

Contacted Support and it was the Founder himself who helped us with our question regarding using the App. He was quick and very helpful. Also, the app is very easy to use and our issue was due to us not making sure that the item we had to upsell was in stock. All in all, great app and fantastic support.
