Uptime is a must have app within your Shopify tech stack if you're serious about ensuring theme and app changes don't break you site, with their automated testing functionality. On-boarding was a breeze, and ongoing support has been great!

We've been using Uptime for the past few months - it's extremely easy to setup the automated tests, and the ability to receive alerts as soon as there's an issue with the site, Shopify platform, or 3rd party apps, is invaluable (most of the alerts come through before the app or platform themselves notify us!). We'd pay the money just for the alerts to be honest!

I can't recommend this app highly enough.

This app is a must! Allows our teams to know when there are performance issues, delays, or when a feature or 3rd party app is down. The amazing support team is the cherry on top.

Uptime gives our leadership team the peace of mind needed to ensure the website customer journey is uninterrupted. The Slack notifications of app/Shopify outages are very convenient and the team is very quick to add new software to the monitoring list. The onboarding process was very easy (Uptime team did all of the setup for us) and the team is extremely accessible.

This freaking app. What a blessing.

I really hate seeing an email from it, but I also love it extremely.

Love/hate relationship, I think what they built is phenomenal to help merchants like me be alerted immediately when there's bugs preventing customers specifically from checking out of our store. Knowing it makes it so we can tweak or coms and expectations of sales per day for example.

But yeah, every store should get it lol.

Thanks for much for the review! We completely agree, it's much better to know about downtime/bugs so you can deal with it vs not knowing they're happening at all!

We are really loving the Shopify and related apps downtime notifications. Allows me to notify team members of potential issues they might be seeing.

Uptime is solid. We were beta users so (as expected) we encountered a few early challenges - the way the team went above and beyond to fix our immediate issue, and more importantly build the fixes into the app, was super impressive. Recommended.

The Shopify Cart API outage had a huge effect on us. Customers were unable to add any products to their cart and we were unaware of the issue. Uptime was able to catch the cart issue and notify our team so that we could look for a resolution right away. While Shopify support insisted that the issue was related to our theme, uptime helped us identify that it was indeed a Shopify error. They gave us the confidence to continue to push Shopify's support team until they came to the same conclusion. Having uptime on our site gives us the peace of mind and confidence needed at all hours of the day.

Uptime has been a great addition to our testing suite! We didn't have any form of automated testing in place and wanted something that would ensure our ecommerce flows (add to carts, checkouts, etc.) were working properly, and give us peace of mind. We regularly collaborate with the Uptime team, who have a deep knowledge of Shopify stores/backend, to identify and set up automated tests for important flows on our store. Setting up flows is super easy and very intuitive to do. So far Uptime has identified quite a few breaks in our functionality, right as they happened and allowed us to quickly fix the issue. When any functionality breaks, Uptime immediately notifies us via email so we can work on a fix as soon as possible and minimize any impact on store revenue or customer experience. With the upcoming holiday/BFCM shopping season, we're excited to set up new flows for all promotional landing/sale pages to ensure that our most important shopping experiences are working properly during what we consider to be the most important shopping season of the year. Finally, using Uptime has saved our team many hours of manual QA with their automated tests, and we use the time saved to focus on new strategic work for our business! I’m super excited for new functionality the Uptime team is working on, and now consider Uptime a crucial testing tool for our stores.
